Go to homedepot and ask them. That is the best way for you to determine a good price in your market.

I have been approached by many people locally wanting to get into house flipping where they proposed a partnership. To date, I have said no but am wondering whether I should reconsider.

Does a partnership where they bring all of the cash, and I contribute my experience make sense where we share in the profits? Would that be a better journey for an investor compared to spending money on guru's who never personalize learning to the individuals needs?

How much of a difference does it make in choosing a Listing Agent? If a listing agent typically lists on the MLS and then sits back waiting for buyer agents to show up, what difference do they make?

Post: General thoughts on Guarantors vs Security Deposits

Any thoughts on insurance programs that help cover renter deposits and whether it fully replaces the need for security deposits?

When closing on a multifamily apartment, how are tenant deposits handled?

I speak in extremes to hopefully clarify a point.  Many people are speculating that interest rates are going to go down and/or rents are going to go up.  In that scenario, if that happens, the prices will go up so they want to buy now and ride the wave.

Rent prices are declining in many parts of the United States. Why would anyone specultat that rents are going to go up?
