@Steve K. The economics of Hartford has shifted. Many Italian have moved to the suburbs. This neighborhood has shifted towards being primarily Hispanic with a mix of Bosnian, Croatia and Serbian immigrants

@John Clark he believed the hype. Properties don't shift classes that fast

@Scott Mac the right to keep and bear arms has no requirement to be in a war zone
