Advice on investing out of state. Speak to them about some of the challenges, success stories etc. I’m sure I can read through many post on this site but I would like to meet with some local folks who have done what I’m preparing to do. I  haven’t narrowed down my market yet but I’m thinking about Alabama or Indianapolis @Matt K.
