@Keith Martel I live in a cabin area and both seem to rent well. Some people like to rent in the woods but still have the modern interior.

It my understanding registration opens back up on July 6. Does anyone have the link? I am registered from 1 1/2 years ago, but my son wants to register as well.

I would ask an attorney bc how can the contract be binding without the money? Plan B is to make sure the appraisal comes back too low

@Ann Anderson it is my understanding that if the earnest money is not paid, it is not binding. Please check with Realestate attorney, but the money is what binds it was my understanding.

@Levertis Brock even if the stay on evictions stands. The moratorium ends on June 30, so if you cannot come to agreement soon, eviction is still an option.

Don’t walk away from good deal. A year from now you would be great full for a great deal in my opinion. Never does it go as planned 100% of the time.

@Robert Kirkley just sold a house in Gainesville, Ga in May of this year and have another buy and hold under contract.

If you do long term rentals you should be good. There is a UNG campus in Gainesville, so college students might be something good for house hacking strategy.

Hall county has just placed restrictions on short term rentals. So cumming side of the lake might be better if doing short term rentals.

@Kinjal Patel I have used their luxury vinyl plank flooring, pain to install but haven’t used Home Depot’s installers. We did it ourselves
