Hi @Jason Silverman

There are a few Real Estate meetups that I recommend in the Greater Boston Area

MultiFamily Investors Network

Which Matt Picheny and Darina Pogodina run in Newton

I along with 3 other real estate investors @Ann Bellamy @Nick Aalerud Daniel Store run Black Diamond Real Estate Investors in the Burlington and Worcester area.

There is also the Chelmsford REIA in Chelmsford MA you can attend.

There are more, but I think these are the most popular near Boston.

Have you ever considered why and who would own a Mobile Home Park? Wondering how owning dirt can create such a massive cash flow? Sick of renovating apartments over and over? Does having a built in potential exit strategy excite you?

19 years ago Kevin found his passion for real estate and began building a portfolio of cash flowing assets. Living in Central NH, Kevin has found his success in tertiary markets through several forms of commercial asset classes and has found security in his diversified portfolio. Utilizing several different forms of funding sources including Hard Money, commercial loans, LIHTC (tax credits), CDBG (grants) and other private & public sources, Kevin has been able to serve the housing needs of all income levels.

Kevin’s passion for Mobile Home Parks outweigh all other projects he has been involved with. It’s not sexy; however it is the most secure type of real estate investment you can make!

Join us November 12th and Kevin Lacasse of New England Family Housing as he dives deep into the asset class of Mobile Home Parks.

You will hear:

Mobile Home exit strategies
The extra revenue sources the Mobile Home parks can generate, that would otherwise be a problem in all other asset classes
Value add strategies
Due diligence considerations
A bonus overview of campgrounds

Post: Websites to Market Wholesale Deals

Hey Everyone,

Looking to get some opinions and new ideas for marketing our wholesale deals. Does anyone have any good websites besides craigslist that they post their wholesale properties on?

Worcester is all about SFR and Multi-Family housing, right? Not necessarily. Have you ever been curious about the office and industrial sectors, and how do they compare with the residential sector? Is the commercial sector even profitable in Worcester? How is Worcester positioned compared to other comparable markets?

This month we are here to answer all of those questions. You will hear Harrison Klein shed light on some Industrial and Office sector of Worcester. Harrison is one of leads of the Klein Office Industrial Team of Marcus & Millichap. He is focused on the sale of office and industrial buildings in New England. In 2019 the team has already closed on a sale of over one million square feet in New England.

Harrison began his real estate career in South Florida brokering distressed assets during the past recession. This experience provided an invaluable education in proper underwriting of nearly every type of commercial real estate. In Florida, he listed and sold over one hundred properties including office, industrial, apartment, land, educational and entertainment properties.

You will hear:

-What to expect in office and industrial real estate in Worcester

-What are the typical capitalization rates and vacancies;

-What are the trends in this sub-market;
- Case studies; how did they do it?
