We had an incredible meeting in Chelmsford at our finished rehab - even had a previous seller stop by to praise us on what we do. Gave us another "high" for the month. 

THIS project, is a 3-family condo conversion, in good old Eastie. East Boston has been super hot in the past couple years. We purchased this project back in Feb of 2017, but due to an issue with a TENANT in the first floor (we're happy to review the details with you on site!), we could not even begin the project until NOW.

Hello all,

I am residing in Massachuesetts. I was wondering if a Landlord can change from free laundry (Washer and dryer) to coin-op midlease if the his free commitment was not signed upon in the lease? It has been 2 months into the lease for reference.  It was assumed free when the tenants signed for the place in september.

@Jonathan Jaime Velarde it sounds like you are in a great place for 22. I would recommend taking the time to educate yourself in a target area that is around where you would live. This does not have to be the exact town your are going to be keeping residence. Once you have a a better education about REI in your area I would dive in as fast as possible. Trust the numbers and assess the risk, but if you find an opportunity that makes sense don't hesitate pull the trigger. Good luck!

Steve does not deal with new construction. He primarily focuses on remodeling kitchens and bathrooms among other practices such as custom closet design.  He works with customers and prices and is easy to get a long with.
