Hi There,

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a company that does Mailers for a given Radius?

The idea is to be able to send out mailers to houses in a given area after we acquire a new property/finish rehabbing a property. We are based out of Massachusetts if that has any relevance for the companies.

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated!

Hi @Stephen Scire the event is focusing on how to build and sustain a consistent income of off market deals. If this is what you are looking to learn, then I would highly recommend you join us to see the main speaker Matt Perry.

If on other on the other hand you are looking for a few  Multi's (1-10 units) and not deal sourcing, I would still recommend joining us. On average our Burlington event has around 75 attendees, extending up to 125. Professions range from accountants, lawyers, contractors, to agents and other investors.

In regards to your friend  accompanying you, we have tons of agents who come, and the networking is 100% worth it in my opinion.
