@John Mocker do you have an insurer or broker you’d recommend?

Insurers see these as issues? Are they really? Would you change them out or have an insurer that doesn’t require it?

Where are the experience mortgage officers that know transfer ownership for investors and rules guiding transfer personal to llc.  I had to educate one that this was allowed to transfer per fannie mae new guidelines that came out a year or two ago.

Valiant will not manage these c properties.  Also they are multifamily. Need experience in section 8 and efficient process in evictions.

Any suggestions?
