Where are the experience mortgage officers that know transfer ownership for investors and rules guiding transfer personal to llc.  I had to educate one that this was allowed to transfer per fannie mae new guidelines that came out a year or two ago.

Valiant will not manage these c properties.  Also they are multifamily. Need experience in section 8 and efficient process in evictions.

Handy Man and Contractor in Jacksonville Florida needed.  Siding of residential home, duct work, electrical panels and dry wall.  Need someone local quick and does great work.
