I need an unsecure line of credit. Most banks require 75% equity and im not looking for a HELOC.

I’m looking for a line of credit but not having to take equity out on the home. 

How do you obtain a line of credit?  Please let me know how you go about doing this as I am a newer investor in Florida?

Pen Fed has pretty high ratios.  Im not sure how you get a line of credit and was pondering this question as a newer investor.

Were you able to get an answer on this?  Please let me know what you do to get this line of credit as I am interested as well to know.

Did you get an answer to the structure and how to do it?  Id like to see an example of how this was done.

Watson if want to do it in person.  Passed first time no problem.

It holds up good. Im hearing the build it straight into the ground on SFH and termite damage is hidden. Then it hides moisture behind it as well.
