With the spikes and insurance drops who are individuals using for landlord insurance for homes in Florida right now? 

What should be an accurate cost to move a mobile home in orange park florida about 40 miles.  Then complete set up septic, well, skirt, dirtpad, etc.  The whole package.  Anyone in Florida a resource to move and do this?

Detached garage with accessory unit on top.  The flood elevation level base is being assessed at the ground floor of the garage versus second story of where the unit it at.  I have a higher premium due to that.
