@Kyrstin Szewczyk Hi Kyrstin, I don't have an LLC in Washington but the starting point in almost every state to create a corp or llc will be the Secretary of the States Office. They will have all the info and documents you need to get up and running. Sorry, can't help you with the Tax professional in Washington State.

@Oswin Grant I personally think, if you keep that mindset and take action you will do very well as an investor. You'll just need to find the balance of giving amazing and caring customer service to those sellers in need along with remembering as an investor, you are a business and you will need to create a win win situation for both you and the seller. What state are you located in?

@Hunter Locke First off, Go Navy☺ just kidding Sir, i served a little time in the Army Reserves after my Navy years so I've got love for my Army brothers as well💪 As far as what you're trying to accomplish. I don't know the syndication world but I'm a Commercial Loan Broker and would definitely love to talk with you more to see if either my company can help you or if i can help point you in the right direction. Either way, Bigger pockets is a great resource and I'm sure you will meet lots of contacts on here.

@Michael Turner No Sir, no at all. Sometimes we are our on biggest roadblocks. You have to put those thoughts behind you and take action on getting educated in whatever aspect you want to tackle. Definitely continue using this platform because it has so much amazing information. And please just take DAILY action and you'll be amazed from where those actions take you.
