@Joe Maikowski Some REIA's are full of people looking for someone to buy their coaching programs. I noticed that at a REIA I go to sometimes. Someone mentioned that on here before I just can't remember who did. They, also, said they look for newbies to sell them on it so be careful looking for mentors. I'm sure there are some willing to give advice. I would love to work for an investor to learn the business. Most of the people I found that are willing to answer questions are people here on BP and also the attorney I plan on using to close deals.

@Shabyna Stillman I put out my own. It's an experience!!!! What's funny is someone came right behind and put some where I didn't. They were trying to sell a property, though.
