Assignment contracts are definitely legal in Florida and the preferred way to do deals. As stated @Ryan Kopczyk from Southeast Professional Title is definitely your go to guy for closing any type of deal you need.

Great post! Flexibility to be able to bring my kids to school every day and spend as much time possible after school and weekends with them.
