But what if the seller doesn't have the money to do that?

I have the free version of adobe, and there is no option in word to save it as .pdf.

docs.google.com did work to save the link, though it did change my document a little bit when converting it. I may end up using this as having my link work is the most important part.

http://www.scribus.net/ was a very confusing site. It looks like a desktop publishing software, not a converter.
.
http://www.pdfforge.org/ and
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
look like very nice easy to use programs but neither of them are able to save links when converting to pdf.

Has anyone tried this service? I'm wanting to join but I'm not sure if it's a scam or not. Anyone tried it or have thoughts?

Does anyone have the name of a free software I could download that doesn't imprint a watermark, is not limited to converting just the first page, and will retain hyperlinks when converting?

Thanks,
Jeff

Correct, it is not my tenant. He said that the piece of paper says that the landlord has 30 days to make the payments current "or else" but I don't know exactly what it said. I'm guessing it meant 30 days till eviction.

I am talking to a tenant who wants to know when he will be kicked out of the house. He said today the house just had a piece of paper posted on the door giving the owner 30 day's notice. Does that mean this tenant has 30 days to find a new place to live?

If we only have an inspection contingency in our purchase contract, how would we get out of the deal if there turned out to be a bunch of mechanics liens or something like that on the title?

Anyone out there who has results of testing different phrases on bandit signs? I placed 23 signs out with the phrase
we buy houses
we take over payments
ph#
website
and only got 2 leads. I talked to a guy today and he said
his signs read
Avoid Foreclosure
Short sales work

So what are you guys using that is working?

I'm looking for it as a way to buy reo properties as I can not do that now as I don't have access to funds. Would it be better for me to focus on wholesaling non reo's and just do them after I have a lot more private money contacts? If I did have someone to invest their money in an reo, can you explain the process?

I keep getting directed to this website from all over the place. There are tons of people marketing it. What are all of your thoughts on it? Anyone used their services? Do you think this is a viable technique?
