The site I know is going thru civitek.com, choosing your county, and looking for "landlord/tenant" under County Civil court records. You get the owner name and then can cross check against tax collector site for owner address

@Miles Stanley, not sure if it helps but family can help.  My wife has generously offered to pick up the phone when I'm unable to.  I also have a full-time job with weird hours, though.

@Doug Haisten, nice return so far man! Thanks for posting your results! I don't have a good answer other than what I have heard from others, which is mail until you can positively confirm they have sold to someone else or are not at that mailing address anymore.  Not sure if that helps but best of luck
