Hey Rich, I am planning to get my realtor license.

I stay half of the time in Boston because my full-time job is in Boston. The other half of the time, yeah, near Worcester.

I am interested in Boston area. for a start..

This is Jennifer. Originally from Vietnam, lived in Singapore and Middle East for several years, graduated from Boston University with an MBA degree, currently doing a full-time job with an IT company in downtown Boston, MA.

Professionally i have been doing Enterprise IT sales for about 8 years both in Singapore and USA. However, i have limited experience in the real estate industry. I hope by joining BiggerPockets community could I enhance my exposure to this industry, accumulate knowledge and network with the right people.

My goal is to be an investor in the future, possibly around Boston, MA. My short-term goal is to be active as a part-time realtor.
