@Jay Durant Have you checked to see how much it would cost to put in another thermostat in the other apartment? Each apartment should have access to their own thermostat regardless if they are paying for heat or not. Good luck with your investing!

Hi @Jake Burhans I agree with you. I think the rising interest rates rising are going to cause the housing market to stabilize a bit rather than crashing. Just seems like too much demand and not enough housing for a crash, time will tell though. Going to be interesting that's for sure.

Hi @Katie Bustos Gonna have a tough time in southern NH at that price point as well. North of Concord NH or 30 minutes west of Nashua you may be able to find something that fits that criteria, but other than that its going to be tough to find turnkey multi's in a B class area for under 250K.

Hi @Pankil P. Patel Hillsboro is a nice little town. It a little bit in the middle of nowhere which is why you are seeing the price that you are but I know the property that you are referencing and it could make a nice little cashflow play. You have New England college in the next town over, pats peak is only about 10-15 minutes away, and its right on route 9 which is convenient for commuting purposes. I drove through the area a couple days ago so feel free to let me know if you have any further questions! Good Luck with your investing!

Hi @Danny Spinucci Congrats on choosing your market to begin your investing journey. I personally love NH in regards to investing in small multi-families. I currently own 2 duplex's in the southern NH area and looking to continue adding to my portfolio in the area! I don't have a ton of experience with property management as I currently self manage but I couldn't agree more with @Nathan Gesner in regards to property management, he provides a ton of great info on the subject. Good Luck with your investing and feel free to reach out with any questions on the market here!

Welcome to Bigger Pockets @Clark Wilcox If I were in your shoes I would focus on educating yourself on all aspects of real estate investing in order to narrow down how you would like to invest. There are a lot of different strategies out there and you first need to figure out what gets you excited!

@Felix Maldonado Going to depend on your goals and your definition of paying yourself. I personally shoot to reinvest everything I make as investing is just paying yourself in the future.
