@Robin Kim First off Congrats on having nearly 100K invested at 19 years old! Very inspiring.  As far as your dilemma goes that is a tough question to answer.  College can be great for networking and education purposes, but sometimes I just don't know if the cost is justified.  I would look to see if you can find any grants and or scholarships that would help you be able to go to school and continue investing in real estate at the same time.  Whatever you decide, the most important thing is that you do what you feel is right and everything else should fall into place! Good luck with your decision and your future investing!

@Shawn Clark Hi Shawn, Congrats on taking the first step and getting a bigger pockets account. BP is a great place to learn all about the industry, and it has played a huge role in my real estate journey thus far.  Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

@Humberto Perez Hi Humberto, to answer your question, no you do not need a real estate license to wholesale properties in New Hampshire.  If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

@Diorca Gonzalez  Hi think I can speak for everyone on BP in that we have all been there.  Jumping in is the toughest part, but once you do you will never want to look back.  Have you thought about starting with a small multi family to house hack?  This may be the easiest point of entry as far as a down payment goes and you will be able to learn all about being a landlord while living in the property so if anything goes wrong your will always be close! Please feel free to reach out directly if you have any questions about house hacking as I would love to help!  Good luck with your investing journey!

@Jovan Rivera Congrats on deciding on a market!  If you have never been up there I would definitely suggest taking a drive up and checking out the area.  Things tend to move a little slower up there when compared to southern NH. I haven't been up there in a while but have a lot of family in the area and they love it! Good luck with your investing and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

@James L. Demaniow The answer to this is all going to depend on your own personal risk tolerance.  I personally got my first house hack with about 20K so it is definitely possible!  If the deal makes sense and you feel confident go for it! Good Luck with your investing!

@Julian Munoz For starters, welcome to BiggerPockets!  Out of state investing can be a great way to get started investing in real estate, especially if your market is an expensive one.  Another good option may be to try and find a house hack that you can live in and have your tenants and or roommates pay your mortgage so that you can effectively live for free.  This is how I got my start and I wouldn't change a thing! Good Luck with your investing journey!

@Ryan Copeland you have have a pretty good listing going so far! A couple good ones that you may want to consider "the subtle art of not giving a f**k", "The Compound Effect", "Think and Grow Rich", "Essentialism", "Outliers".  I hope this helps! Good luck with your investing!

@Daniel Rovegno This is going to be very dependent on your local laws.  I recommend looking into the landlord tenant laws in your area.
