Welcome @Michael Nowak. There are lots of great opportunities in Real Estate along with rewarding work that's involved. Some days are easier than others. It's good to have and hold to a vision like that family on the beach but always be willing to do the hard work to get there.  Many of us need and want that breath of oxygen you described and Real Estate can be the exhale you've been wanting. BP is a good place to start learning. I would encourage you to listen to the podcast and read the blogs and ask questions in the forum to see what direction you wish to go in. As long as you are willing to dig in and think outside the box on a regular, you just may just end up enjoying that same experience.

@Maciej Michalak...The agent will have you use their contract. As @Sarah Ziehr noted, most may not the deal if it is wholesale and you're not the end buyer. Some other Chicagoland brokers may have different ideas or experience but the only I can figure it could work with the MLS is either the listing is non-exclusive where you can contact the seller directly, which doesn't happen much, or you already have an end buyer when you contact the agent.
