I use taxsalelist as a resource along with my access to county data. (I can get to about 99% of the assessors data in the country.) Taxsalelist is not the "end" and not the only thing the pros use.

Glad you are thinking about training. My partner and I wished we had the resources (mentors) to help us speed up the learning curve way back when... (He's been flipping properties since 1999.) That is the best way to get ahead and learn.

As a matter of fact, I DO know a great mentor or two. Check out success plant dotcom. And we provide free access to taxsalelist as part of our data/mailer program.
