Michael,

So how much do you typically collect at move in?

I'm in Open Door Capital's Sunbelt Diversified Portfolio. Been in it 2 years and wish I never invested in it.  Got dividends for 3 months at a rate of 1% annually before they halted them.  Then they wanted to do a capital call but instead will get more funding and dilute our shares. Brandon Turner isn't a man you want to invest with.  He has multiple funds losing money and he's starting new funds and selling coaching services. He should be concerned about his current investors instead of finding new ones. But maybe he's just showing his real character.

Labrador lending I have invested in.

The others I haven’t because honestly my fund is a competitors to the others/ The mention  the experince of Seveney Mortgage Note Investments. Can you really give an unbiased opinion?

What is your connection to Labrador Lending?

Quote from @John McKee:

Paying a commission seems ridiculous for a seasoned investor but if that's the way these our sold I guess you don't have a choice.  One way to look at is that your paying a property management fee of 8-10% to do absolutely nothing but just hope that this is a long term hold because you might have to pay these again to buy something else....correct me if I am wrong.

I'm currently getting a quote from State Farm for everything Home, cars, boat, umbrella, and multiple rentals. Had Allstate and several other insurance companies. Is State farm a bad choice?

I agree with Sean Barber 100% and was one of 4% that voted to sell.  How do we even know if the 4% voting to sell is true? Doesn't look like Brandon thinks a couple bad deals will run his reputation or doesn't care. When I'm losing money and he's pushing new funds in my email/text. Or he tries to get me to his save Hawaii cause.

My Open Door Capital Sunbelt Diversified Portfolio isn't currently paying dividends. They need to raise another 3 million dollars to keep paying the bills. They are trying to not do a capital call.

My MLG Capital Funds are still paying dividends but at a reduced rate a little less than 4%.

Hoping both come around MLG looks promising and there is still hope for Open Door Capital.

I am invested in the PPR Note Fund.  Regular returns every month.  I like getting "mailbox money".

 Still getting mailbox money?
