@Chris Muller
I am totally with you. Looking to do this sort of thing myself down near Austin. There’s a ton of people on AirBNB doing this.
Challenge I’m running into is finding good land for it. Everything is so expensive or not zoned for glamping.
Since you always own land, why not maximize its cash flow potential? Especially for such a low upfront investment?!
Check out Robuilt on YouTube. He’s hilarious and has some awesome glamping sites.
Hit me up if you’d like to talk in more detail. I’m looking to invest myself so we could bounce ideas off each other.

Post: Vinyl Floor & Installer Recommendations?

Hey y'all,
I'm looking to replace the old carpet in my 3 bedroom rental with luxury vinyl plank (LVT) but am struggling to figure out which brands and installers I can trust. It seems that so many brands have high ratings on one website and poor on another. Same thing for many installers. Can anybody share with me a positive experience they've had with a decently rated company & floor that didn't break the bank?
Thanks!

I live in Cedar Park. Part of the reason I bought here is the high quality neighborhoods with low crime and good schools. Plus, the new Apple campus will boost values and it's not too far from the Domain. So it's a great spot for those who work in tech. My plan is to lease it out after I renovate some of it.

Have you considered owner-financing? What about your family? Can you ask your parents, uncles, aunts, cousins to partner with you?

@Cory Mortensen What is your budget?
If you're willing and able to deal with college students, anywhere near the UT campus is going to be a great place to live and offer rental opportunities.
Otherwise, I'd recommend looking in the Anderson Mill or NW region of Austin. I purchased in Cedar Park because it's in a great neighborhood, has good schools, and is near The Domain (including the new Apple HQ). And one benefit of Cedar Park is that it's not held to the same AirBNB regulations as Austin is (if you're trying to do that)
Other areas to consider that I can't speak for myself but I have heard may be good investments: East Austin, Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock.
Hope this helps!
