I'd recommend reading Equity Happens by Robert Helms and Russell Gray. It's one of the best books on buy and hold I've read. Also, I listen to a lot of podcasts and would recommend checking out the BP podcast and Creating Wealth.

I grew up in Sidney and went to MSU - Bozeman. Go Cats!!! My brother, Aron, lives in Livingston. He told me about BP from his Cashflow club organzier, Andre. I'd recommend checking that club out. It sounds like Andre does a great job with it and is a great real estate investor.
