Hey all our brand new www.turnkey-reviews.com is delivering. in 2 short weeks we have had 8k click through to the site... average time on site was almost 5 minutes.. And now this week I am getting PM's from TK companies that potential buyers are calling and shopping.

On top of that this old dog is learning new tricks I get to actually see how websites work. I can see when folks get on and open up a TK companies page.. then I can see what properties they are looking at..

Having a website were the buying public does not have to go through a squeeze page and can shop with out threat of being bombarded with e mails etc etc. is exciting. And of course in a few short months we will have literally every provider in the country on the site.. The one's that engage and bring product and nice photos and fill out all the details will do quite well I am certain of that.

As for reviews right now we are at 20 reviews from the public and this will just grow and grow... We encourage both buyers and those who have bought TK to write your reviews.. If you have a great outfit your working with let the public know... If you see something from a company that seems off then let the public know.

  even though HF have bought a lot of property in markets I don't think they alone could cause a market to dump....The same metrics are not there as there was during the GFC  IE banks being forced to sell assets at all costs... I think these guys if they want to exit will do it in an orderly fashion.   Unless there was some sort of out of the ordinary event that caused them to need to sell as fast as possible to shore up cash

Yes we are trying to pave end the week ... I have a 27 lot subdivision just about done.  keepings fingers crossed it does not rain

CA like Texas is a very big place.. I googled one small county I use to work in. and there were over 50 homes on the MLS for less than 100k... and would hit the 1 to 1/3% rule

might snag a 2 but that would have to be off market
