The most talked about turnkey companies on BP are RentToRetirement, REI Nation and Norada. If you search BP for any of those names you will find plenty of posts discussing investments with them. Also, they all have websites you can view and learn more about them.

Hi @AJ Angel!
There are many investors who invest in properties without ever visiting the properties themselves. As others have mentioned, you are going to want to find quality, reliable professionals to work with. You will also want to utilize technology as much as possible (video calls, photos, etc.).
I purchased my first investment in October 2020 and I have never been to the house in person. I wrote a post about my experience purchasing the property (see below).

Hi @Santos Madrigal!
There is a lot of information available here on BP. If you have not read them already, I recommend reviewing some of the guides listed under the education tab. They are a good starting point for introducing you to the real estate investing world.

Hi @Hnu Thaper!
I purchased my first investment property with the help of RTR in October 2020. It has only been about 5 months (short amount of time in terms of buy and hold real estate), but so far so good. Tenant is paying rent and nothing major in terms of maintenance/repairs has come up. The PM has been very good with communication with myself and the tenant. If things continue to go well, I am working to save capital for another investment with RTR towards the end of 2021. I would be happy to share more if you have specific questions!

Hi @Ben Redlich!
I made my first real estate investment in October of 2020. I went the out of state turnkey route (see post below). I would be happy to share more or answer any questions you might have about my experience going through the process.

Hi @Brian Kantor!
I think turnkey can be a great strategy for some people. It all depends on the person's own situation. For my current situation, I think it is a great strategy for me!
I will definitely keep you posted on how things are going. In my 5 months of ownership so far, things are going as expected so I am happy with my investment.

I purchased a turnkey property in Kansas City, MO this past October. Everything from the initial contact, through closing, and all the until now has been excellent. Communication is/was great from all team members. I am looking to save capital to make another investment towards the end of 2021. My post below shares my experience buying this first property.

I also work full time and live in overpriced market right now. I wanted to get started with investing, while minimizing some of my time as well. I went the turnkey route for my first property. Obviously turnkey has pros and cons and is not for everyone, but so far it is going well for me. I wrote a post about my purchase (see below).
