Hi @Deangelo Wade.  Welcome to the site. I'm also in the Metro Detroit area and relatively new to the site. I've wholesaled a few properties in the area. Glad to have you aboard.

Hey @George Johnson.  Was just going through all my emails in the past couple weeks and noticed this. Congratulations! I'm in the Macomb area too. Do you ever go to the local REIAs? I'm part of both the Oakland and Macomb REIAs.

@Account Closed

Sorry, should have been more clear. I'm on the east side of the state.

Hi @Brad T.

@George P. had a good suggestion, at the MREI meetings sometimes they have the section where you can stand and announce what you're looking for.  That might be the best way to find someone in that niche to network with.

Hey @Account Closed. Welcome to Michigan and to BP. I'm on the east side so don't know too much about your area. But as you probably already can tell, the BP community is awesome and it sounds like you're already getting some good feedback.

@Jarvis Smith

Welcome to the BP community. I also attended the 3 day seminar. There is some good info in that seminar.  I also found a lot of really good info and a lot of really great community members on BP that can help you in any stage in your investing career whether you're a beginner or expert.  Great to have you aboard

Hi @Samuel Coicou I'm in southeast MI, a couple hrs from you. I've wholesaled a few properties so I'm by no means an expert, but would be happy to sit down with you and chat about what's working and what's not if you're ever in my neighborhood. I use a title company in Romeo which have completed assignments for me. However, my suggestion would be to find a local title co in case you ever need to go there for a closing.

Try to search either this site or google for REIAs in your area to find some investors to ask what title co's they use and to network.

Welcome to the community, and any questions you have, definitely search for or ask in the forums. There is so much useful information in this site for any type of investor, including wholesaling. And I'd be happy to answer any questions you have too if I can.

Joe
