@Sammy Escobar

I own a condo in PCB it has done really well for me this year. A little over 50k gross YTD at moment. It’s all about self managing and well marketed. My condo is a 2bd plus bunk room but advertise it as a 3br since it more or less is. Never had an issue just explain it well in the description. Happy to help with any questions you may have my phone number is in my profile.

@Kellvin Millard

What kind of set up are you looking for. I have a 7br house in champions gate. It’s all about how well things are themed. if you home is not well themed you will get very little renters. I have been doing ok on my house but not near as good as I normally would. But still making some profit. I think it’s a good market to start looking to buy though lots of inventory options. My number is in my profile if you want to give me a call to answer any questions.

Agree with the tcl roku TVs. If you have the space get the 75inch. It right now showing a price of 749. The other great thing is the remotes are cheap to replace and if you have multiple in the same house you can use any remote and they work.

@Johnny Duray

After every checkout I write thanks for being great guest and taking great care of our home. The cleaners even mentioned how well You left the place. I just went in and left you a 5 star review under your profile it would be much appreciated if you could do the same for us! We hope to have you back again. Thank you.

I do that before they leave me a review and have only gotten 1 4star.

@Shannon Ilas

They also charge booking fees, damage waiver fees and add extra for cleaning fee if you add those extra “hidden” fees it’s more like 45-50 % commission go try to book your place and add up the total cost. That’s where they get you. They say these fees are charged to guest and not owners but what they do is push your rent down. Guest only care on what total booking amount is.

@Jack Chase

I have the Yale yrd216 on another property. From my research I picked that one since it had traditional buttons and a key so I can still hide a key in a lockbox nearby. Less chance for failure in my opinion.

@Mike Shemp

I created an online rental agreement on JotForm and it has worked out great. When I get a booking I send them the link as part of welcome email. They e sign. Take a pic and upload drivers license, Enter email, if they want pool heat turned on 30 per day for that and will collect payment. I also have them enter the names of drivers that will need gate passes. I customized it for the information I need. Has been so much better then old school paper rental agreement and chasing people down for them.

@John Underwood

Yes probably something better to rent then own super high expenses and high liability. Let’s give someone the keys that can’t even drive a boat the keys to a 75 foot houseboat just. Wanted to see if anybody actually did that.

Anybody ever rent a houseboat on lake Powell? I was thinking it would be a fun trip. They are like 8-10k per week for the houseboat. You can get a nice houseboat for 200-300k range. Seems like a heck of a return if they were to actually rent well.

@Javen Harris

I have seen it as a Facebook targeted add and looked into it and it never really gave much info. Seemed really hush hush about what they were offering. My take was that he was trying to convince you that you can own homes in multiple areas and bounce between them as a lifestyle while making money on the rentals when you are not there. I never saw price but for 4800 That seems crazy!
