Yeah it works great. Now I will say I had that lock on my rental but I switched it out to a remote lock cg 7i WiFi lock it’s great that it gives you alerts when people check in and cleaners open door etc but it has been giving me issues lately and thinking about switching back to the kaba lock. It’s just not as initiative from a user standpoint with just a few rentals vs a large management company.

It has an algarihthim and there is codes that are already preset for a infinite amount of date combinations and it basically retrieve that code when you select the date range you want. It’s a very solid lock.

I have it for my properties I really like it as my cleaners have the app and they can clean when they are done they hit complete and i get an alert and don’t have to worry about the communication part. I use my own cleaners so I do not pay them to use their cleaners. If you cleaner is somewhat tech savvy they will probably like for coordinating. It makes that part really easy.

I own a house in Championsgate. I have been getting rentals since my home is more of a destination in itself then just a accommodation. For a house to do well in Orlando it has to be themed up. Happy to help if you need any advice.

I would be happy to help and give you some info about Disney vacation rentals. I own a 7br home in champions gate. Vacation homes need to be themed well to maximize roi. The market is a bit tough at moment but bet you can snag some great deals. My place has still been renting we’ll just not as high of the usual rate.
