We have multiple LLCs - specifically for the multiple states that we currently own properties and we made the decision to set-up a Wyoming LLC as a holding company for the other LLCs. The reason we chose Wyoming was primarily for the reason that Wyoming LLCs have charging order protection extended to single member LLC's. Hope this helps.

We are in the process of purchasing a 6 unit Multifamily in Northmoor, MO / suburb of Kansas City, MO.  We are hoping to get some referrals for a good inspector that is familiar with smaller multifamily properties in this area. Also, if possible would welcome input on any reputable Property Managers that anyone would recommend. We are located in Southern California and therefore would truly appreciate any insight on this area as well since this is our first acquisition in the Kansas City, MO market.

I have read a lot of posts on Residential Assisted Living, that I am considering getting involved in, and seems like many of the posts make reference to RAL Academy and noted that there is an online version and in person version . . . wondering if any of you have taken either and if you would recommend one over the other and why.

Can anyone provide insight into the Mobilehome Park market in Tucson, AZ. We have been successful with small mobilehome park in Florida and we are spending the weekend in Tucson with family in Air Force. So we saw it as an opportunity to look at properties and noticed quite a few small to medium sized Mobilehome Parks. Any insight into these or other info on rental market for investors in Tucson?

I am in process of closing a deal on 2 lots total of about 4 acres with 4 single wide and one double wide mobile homes in LECANTO, FL 34461 ... I have required down payment and am approved for loan ... however I am having trouble finding insurance that covers wind damage and hail damage on the mobile homes. Does anyone know of any insurance companies that I should talk to that may be able to offer coverage.

Was wondering if any of you had insight or experience in offering Voice Assist and Home Health Technology for seniors. I am referring to solutions like Alexa and Google home along with the home control lighting and other controls aling with other home health technology like GrandCare to assist seniors to Age In Place. There is a certification called CAPS "Certified Aging In Place Specialist", that focuses on home modifications to keep seniors in their home, but I have not seem or heard much about using newer voice assist or home health solutions to assist as well.
