I am in the same position as you. I’d like to chat with you whenever you have a moment. I would like to connect with your builder for your project. Also if you have found a good lender, I’d love to connect with them as well.

Thank you @Erik Kuhi, that is very helpful information! It is also great to see that you were able to do an out of state owned STR in that area as I understand rules across the country are becoming more and more unfriendly towards out of state STR owners. I sent you a request and inboxed you. Me and my wife would love to pick your brain soon.
@Alice Horn I would love to see some of the properties that you manage. I and my wife are in the market for STR and long term tenant properties in the Orlando area for all of the reasons you just laid out. I will inbox you and I also hope to speak with you soon.

Hello all. I and my wife are California based investors also looking to buy in the southern Florida area. We were angling at Orlando, but nervous that there would be job losses and tourism drop due to COVID. Good to hear that has not been the case. Do you all have advice for any good property managers in the area? Also who are you all using as lenders?

Thank you Sean. I have noted that Memphis seems to have many turnkey providers. I met with one of your representatives during a pitch to a real estate investment group here in Los Angeles so fortunately I am well aware of you guys and what you offer. Thank you and you guys are definitely high on my radar.

I am now in the same bout and doing research on the Orlando Market. It seems like turnkey property managers in this market are slim pickings. If anyone has anyone they can refer that would be very helpful.

I am now in the same boat and doing preliminary research for investment properties in Orlando. I will reach out to a number of you for contacts on property managers and potential mortgage lenders. If anyone has intel on the best neighborhoods to invest in that would be helpful as well.

I am an investor from the Los Angeles area that is interested in purchasing investment properties in the Memphis, TN area. Does any one have any preferred lenders that they work with that offer ideal rates for out of town investors? Do you find it best to go with local banks or national banks?
I also may be in the market for good local property managers depending on how the deal shakes out so if anyone knows of any please let me know.
Thank you

This is very inciteful. I am an investor based out of Los Angeles that is interested in the Memphis area as well. I am looking into areas that have the strongest development potential and this information is insightful. I am interested to hear more about what hedge funds you are dealing with so I can follow where they are investing if you don't mind sharing.
