@Joey Hampton Yeah i wasn't sure if you guys used attorneys there or not. However a title company will still be involved and that is where all the funds are disbursed from.

@Joey Hampton I would go about it carefully. Probably setting up a meeting with the title company is the best bet so you can fully describe to them what you are looking to do and accomplish. 

@Evan Cruz  Welcome to the site! This is an awesome place to connect with some awesome people and learn a ton of great information. I would look into getting your real estate license. Easiest way to get in to real estate and generate  some capitol and some great connections. 

@Jerome Lanier We use Indiana Title Network they just started doing IL as well a few months ago. I can put you in touch if you would like or if you have any other questions. Hope that helps some, they are very investor friendly as well. 

@Matthew Sullivan As a flipper myself we typically look for a 30% return after all commissions and closing costs.
