@Daniel Saunders We buy 99% of our deals on the MLS and I have been very pleased with the results. I have bought from wholesalers and off market but the best deals I come across are on market deals that I can get closed asap.

@Kyle Spinale tough question to answer. I did not go to college at all and have relied fully on reading and self education for real estate. I believe that if a person wants something bad enough they will find the knowledge on there own. It could be college but I don't think it has to be. Not going to college for real estate has helped keep my mind open and ready to adapt to changing markets.

@Jason Faucher congrats on the spec home that's awesome! Most of the flip houses we do and rental properties we do are with an investor based on a JV. It can be a very good option as longs both parties can build some rust together.
