I love the mindset, and the fact you decided to take action. I personally think one of the best ways to learn is to to work with someone first. Learn the ropes, what works, and what doesn't then branch off. I know some bigger wholesalers in your market, I'd be happy to make an intro.

@Ray Choi cost per lead is based on your closing ratio. I'd look them up and just reach out, or find a similar service. If you are already doing a good amount of business there's nothing wrong with a VA assuming you can train them to operate at the same capacity/skill level.
