Hope it works well!

The cell tower is a cool idea, is there a limit to how many carriers can rent? (idk, bandwidth or something).

Are your expenses average?

@Sterling Cox Well what about the luxury passenger car market that we could monopolize? ive thought of the barge also. These could be like Adult Legos. Rent or do whatever, bring them together.. Break it down. Like an ultra-modern Lincoln log set. Ill Have some numbers for shipping charges etc. the next time I post.

@Allison Littman those are a couple good ideas, it sounds like you could have more to say?

Hey Darien.. Ima throw a question at you. take your time.

What can you do to have a competitive advantage over people? The sooner you find that, the sooner you can build on it. and the sooner you'll take off. What can you do better than people?

Second question, where do you want to be at in life when you die?

where do you want to die?

I would choose Florida, thats why I moved here. I want my real estate career and lifestyle to essentially become one.. What kind of lifestyle do you want?

I got a good amount of information back in the day. Has anyone used them for contracts or just random questions? I assume you get what you paid for, but im just looking for a simple solution to my persistent curiosity. thanks!

I feel like this question was really well worded. When i moved to florida I left Miami alone because thats a can of worms.. However Vacation rentals closer to the keys have also been interesting to me. I always picture a solar paneled roof that I can have an office on the top floor wrap around windows and watch the sunrise on one side of my office and sunset on the other. Not very helpful, but I want to see this thread take off.

Im going to be lazy and say reread what @Harry Gamble said. But I'll add to it.

College is going to be great, you will learn about yourself more than your classes (given time). Youll be distracted, you'll drink, party, study, test, text, crash, starve, argue, love.. My point is it goes everywhere at all times.  And it gets really easy to take care of the most time sensitive situations at hand (exams, studying, meeting that girl at the whatever).

You are young and it seems like you have your head on straight. My advice is this, Have a good time in college and experience it. (because you should) However, don't become disillusioned. Its transient. Remember what you are after! because when you subject yourself to everyone else it affects you, at least a little. bottom line.

"we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with" - not me.

Most of the people/students you meet, will want nothing more than what they are doing (its all they think they can handle) these people will dissipate one day. (to the rat race or wherever). Find people to ignite /already "on fire". and stay around them.

Lastly, You are young, and some people will be averse to that with good reason. Its YOUR job to show that you are not the 99% and then your youth turns into one of your biggest assets and self promotion. When you get something cool under your belt. Stay humble, "Well I got my start at .... doing .... and move on" Let your accomplishments speak for themselves. and build your mindset so that it shines. LEARN LEARN LEARN LEARN.

I on the  other hand dont care about your numbers because someone else will be able to tell you better than I. I'll say it really comes down to EXACTLY what you want. Because you can pick the perfect strategy and still take it in an opposite direction. Your REFI, would help expedite jumping into the investment game. But your cashflow will help you build slower, safer. Here's my question...

what kind of "investment property" are you looking for and more importantly Why?

@Sterling Cox well what about the containers that ride by on the freight trains. maybe a little bit less than optimum and dont forget the solar panels. I actually saw some new technology (for those who care) Solar panels that are thin enough to be flexible and laid on the tops of roofs practically invisible. idr what its called though
