lastly, I was longboarding looking at christmas lights, (I love Southern florida.)  The 55+Community is a huge market here (Im uninterested)  but if its anything similiar there, itd be crazy to not pay attention or at least consider it.

lol a quote is everyone has a plan till they get punched in the face. Im not saying it wont work for you. But your "why"  the reason you get back up, the main driving factor is what pulls ppl thru. All the info in the world wouldnt help if you dont keep on going.

Danny I have no clue about studying overseas..but Ill give you the short answer to your question.. Everything.

But off hand Id say maybe tax liens, pick the best of the 50 states I guess. But pay close attention to overseas anti money laundering situations, the contacts you make from school will probably know more specifically. Then again BP is pretty expansive search if you are really serious.

Most importantly read these three books in order (I think) then never stop reading (Youll see why).

Those are all "Why" books, BP has all the "How". These things are not only possible, but doable anywhere. Learn.

1. research into demographics in your area, baby boomers mobile home areas, average income, (pay attention to stats of kids in middle school, buy and hold remember?) just a bunch of census junk. Its important.

2. learn your numbers, all of them.

ahhh, friendship is important but thats the craziness that drags other people down with them. If you tried THAT hard and they wouldnt pay you any mind?? I overheard a teacher say something and never forgot it. My interpretation today is something like.

"A teacher is a candle,  who dims their light; to light another. AND, that teacher can burn until its out of wax, given of course it doesnt burn out."

I didnt really get it until I started in the stock market and realized I couldnt light anyone's around me.But everyone is right in their own mind right? That makes me think people are victims of themselves.  That makes me sad more than frustrated nowAdays. I guess even me right? Im a people.
