Off highways, busy intersections, mall centers. I've been focused on a specific area for two rounds and received 1 call. I know calls will start flowing in sooner or later. I just have to keep grinding.

What would be the best way and most affective way to keep track of my bandit sign locations? What's the best way to plan a route? Any software? Google maps? What works best for you? I'm looking to putting out signs Friday evenings and picking them up on Sunday night. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks BP

Hi BP, I was just wondering if anyone uses google maps or any other websites to keep track of each location that a bandit sign is put in? What's the best way to plan an affective route? Off highways? Busy shopping areas?

I Just put out my first round of bandit signs last Friday just to gain some practice and scope the area. We put out 30 signs. So far, zero calls and it's been 5 days. I did spread those 30 signs in different areas so I'm guessing that doesn't help. Any ideas of how many signs should be put out weekly for a specific area? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are lease options assignable? How would I go about wholesaling this to my end buyer? Would I take all the information down including anything we negotiated and sign the lease option then quickly assign it to my cash buyer? Then I'm assuming he'll sublease it to a potential buyer that can't get an FHA loan. Is that about right?
