We meet once a month at The Ivy Buckhead (DOWNSTAIRS). We meet the last Wednesday of every month. This month's meeting is Wednesday the 28th of August @ 7pm.

Hi @Serenity Ruiz, great question! Usually we start networking right away till the event starts (7:05-7:10ish). Then we do some announcements and the speaker starts around 7:15pm. They speak for about 30 - 45 minutes. Speaker then answers a few questions, then it's more networking (the best part really since there are so many awesome people present!). Tomorrow promises to be another great turn-out. See you there!

The speaker this month will be one of Atlanta's successful flippers, Mr. Dean Rappa. He will be sharing his story of how he left his corporate job to flip houses and build a rental portfolio.

The meetup will be sponsored by Joshua Rand, a closing attorney with Rand & Associates. He will be covering the first half of our bar tab.

The meetup is THIS Wednesday (July 31st) at The Ivy in Buckhead at 7pm. 3717 Roswell Road. $3 valet parking or park across the street. Food is available for purchase. I recommend getting there at 6:30 or 6:45 if possible because there are going to be about 150 cars arriving within 10 minutes at the valet if you come right at 7. See you all then!

Hey @Yanhua Sappin, hopefully you can make it. We have a lot of investor-friendly agents and great wholesalers assist regularly. Not to mention all sort of lenders and contractors too.

@Yolanda Scott that is awesome. I'm going to give you your first "vote" too :)

@Melissa Dinas I will post that information a little closer to the event (once I receive it myself lol). Usually we have a season veteran speak about their journey/business and we ask questions. Then we network for about 30-45 minutes. The networking is really where the value is at (IMO).
