Colonial Funding is what I wanted you to find. (I have no affiliation with Eddie Speed, or any subsidiary.)

I have tried the various online sites. They all charge a fee and are seldom accurate. You pay the (small) fee and they give you nothing.
I even considered becoming a licensed Private Investigator, thinking that would unlock some tools I could use. (My best successes have come from hiring a Private Investigator. I don't know how he did it. He charged me $100/name.)
I once hired a genuine "Hermit" out of North Florida. He had remarkable success, but I never learned how he did it. (I had to fire him. He went nuts. Or maybe he drove ME nuts...)

in this life we have chosen, we make money and we lose money. The loss is not as important as the WILL to come back, and the ABILITY to earn again.

You should not start with wholesaling. There are many venues in real; estate. Wholesaling is not where to begin. Why would a serious buyer want to invest with a beginner? I certainly wouldn't. All kinds of things can go wrong, in a real estate transaction. You cannot deal with such problems, if you don't have experience. My opinion.
Begin with REIA, books, reading BP. And then buy something for yourself. Consider getting a real estate license. The education is great!
I don't want to discourage you. I just don't want to see you spend thousands of dollars on some GURU, only to fail.
You can actually buy a house yourself. You can rent it out. You can gain valuable experience. You can't buy experience.
My opinion.

How in the world can you convince someone to invest in you, if you have no experience, no knowledge of real estate? I presume you have been listening to some GURU.
1. Join your local REIA
2. Read a lot of books.
3. Read many of the blogs and listen to podcasts from BP.
4. Ger a real estate license-if only for the education.
Maybe after a year, you might be ready to present a deal to someone-maybe. I think you should start by buying for yourself, and learning. Wholesaling is not for beginners, in my opinion. I hope you didn't spend a lit of money.

You should not consider wholesaling until you know the basics. I don't want to discourage you. I am only suggesting you start somewhere else.
