@Jose Lopez the biggest value you can bring is coming to a partner with a good deal. If the margins are there you will have no problem finding a partner to put up the money.

I'm currently an Investor and agent in Florida and I love using the MLS to comp properties, however I want to start investing out of state. That being said since I don't have MLS access outside of Florida, what have you guys found is the best software to use for comping properties?
