I just earned my CGC licensed that covers the whole state of FL, I wanted to put this out there to the forums since I know a lot of people are always looking for investor friendly GC'S. I cover the whole bay area, and I have invested a lot myself so I know the expectations from investors and the touch points that need to be monitored to keep clients happy. Please feel free to reach out, I would love to help with your projects.

@Charles Blades hey Charles, depends if you own the land or not. It can be an easy way to get into investing and solid cash flow and you can accumulate them quickly. Downside is bad tenants, depreciating trailer if you don’t own the land, and restrictions if the park if the owned by someone else. I’ve owned a few, it still can be a good investment for cash flow, feel free to dm me I get them off market time to time.

Michele, with having little capital your best route would be sourcing good off market deals and partnering with investors that have capital. If you're able to find the deals, someone will always be willing to partner with you and give you a piece of the pie. No matter your capital situation, you can always be investing via this strategy.

Hey Martin, I believe you have to contest it by a certain date each year. I contested it after that date last year and was able to get it reduced by sending them a few comps of properties in the area, but I would have gotten a larger reduction if I called earlier. I would suggest calling Hillsborough county tax collector and ask about appealing your taxes and you will get directed to the right place.
