Does anybody here have experience or recommendations for company clothing merchandise in the greater Tampa area? I would like to get some shirts designed for my businesses and wanted to see if anybody had a positive experience with a specific vendor in the area. Thanks in advance!

When it comes to a house hack you need to evaluate it two ways. The first what will be your total expenses after receiving rent every month, is that a comfortable number you can live in your budget? If so, the second piece is what will the cash flow be once you move out, will you be negative, break even, or positive cash flow? Taking into account taxes rising the longer you hold it, if the deal still makes sense then go for it!

Hey Patrick, if your living situation allows it I would strongly encourage your first investment to be house hacking. It is like investing with training wheels.

Hey Josh, BP resources are a great inexpensive way that provide more values than 99% of courses. Books, forums, podcasts, and networking with members is what will bring you value. I have flipped, wholesaled, and owned rentals myself. Feel free to D, always happy to chat with local investors and talk about our experiences.
