I know this has been asked before but curious what people are using now a days. I have a good amount of data I'm looking to skip from mobile home parks, commerical properties, and residential. I have an accurate list of the owner's names but need to skip trace them for phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses. What skip trace services and providers are out there that people have experienced good results with? I was considering LexisNexis but not sure if that is the right path or not, thanks in advance!

@James Sullivan Hey James, usually if you google “state name” residential purchase contract you will come across some free pdfs. Not sure what the laws are in your area for who writes the contract but generally these contracts are solid for a simple transaction, you can always have an attorney review it as well.
