@Joel Fernandes don’t be discouraged! You definitely should be prepared for a learning curve, IMO. No matter what you do in real estate. My first 2 years were hell in some ways, but I learned so much invaluable knowledge in my space. Keep grinding and be prepared to eat crap! If this was easy, everyone would be millionaires ;) 💪

@Anthony Theokary most of my tenants don’t have online access/bank accounts, so cozy doesn’t work. Paynearme is an option and they can pay at 7/11s or CVS. BiggerPockets used to have a discount with them not sure if it’s still available..

@Gregory Washington there must be a PM that will work in that area. I specifically operate in those type of neighborhoods. But find an eviction lawyer and they can connect you with someone who can serve them notice.

@Christopher Lane she sounds very unsupportive to say the least. I don’t think I would be able to handle a wife that didn’t believe in me. I would suggest counseling but it sounds like you two may be incompatible on this level..

@Ryan Nguyen Make sure to have good infrastructure in place. People you can trust that do good work as well. Learned the hard way trusting the wrong people!
