those rare occasions, what would that look like, REA reporting you to the state, or a court hearing? or just something in the mail, and how would we challenge that.

what/where would be a great place or service to get contract created for wholesaling, did you go the route of using a lawyer to structure such contract.

Also I have read up on the Florida license info and yes if you are not with license you cannot market the property. But would a private email list to potential investors be okay to do.
