Trying out advertising for my "we buy houses" type website on Facebook, currenlty running it live for the next 3 days.

Share your first month or two after you ran into BP and finally decided to take the leap of faith, risk it all and hustle for results.

I have also an LLC 50/50 between me and my wife.

the EIN was set as S-Corp.

I still have my full time W-2 Job.

I established this doing my own research. And confirmed with the CPA to be the best strategy for my current status and to be able to deduct as much as I can from different expenses.

You are going the right path and you did excellent asking questions and researching it. It always depends on the persons current status and lifestyle and what hey have planned.

so reading over your post I say yes, S-Corp is the way  to go in this season you are in.

I have close friends reaching out wanting to give referrals to other friends and family. What range (amount) should the token of appreciation or gift be to these friends. I can gladly take your answer privately just inbox me. - thanks

I keep bumping into RESPA regulations that a referral fee cannot be offer for bird dogging properties.
