There are a few properties that I am interested however I see they are homeopath.  Does anyone have any advice or pointers on how to negotiate with this type of property.  Any advice.  Thanks

I kind of needed that right now.  It's 2:09am in the morning and I am researching potential leads and sharpening my skills on BP I have been looking for someone to to partner with and tryin to ensure my team is ready once I find the deal.  Good luck to you as well.

listen to the podcast they are extremely helpful in pointing you in the right direction.  You will have to figure out what are you trying to get into.  There are multiple ways to invest in real estate
