So guys, I got a response from Zillow representative saying the GetUpdatedPropertyDetails API won't be able to access property records that are ON SALE on the MLS. And he also mentions the platform called Bridge (check it out here), Zillow is planning on moving its public records to this platform eventually.

@Naveen Samson @Derrick L. trading is a truly emotional game. I recommend reading these two books, "Trading in the zone", "The disciplined trader", which helped me a lot how to deal with emotions, not just for trading but dealing with work and business.

@Rivy S. I normally spared 5% (one month) of vacancy, 5% for repair and maintenance, 8% for property management, all my tenants pay for their utilities and all my houses don't have HOAs. Let me know if you want more specifics than this.

@Daren D Wagner that makes sense to me, I also look at the actual CoC return instead of the cash flow it brings each month.

@Derrick Deese kids are one of the best motivations for me to keep working and hustling, at the end of the day, all I have built eventually will be on their hands. And I want to work as hard as I possibly can so that when I get older, I have a better story to pass on to them, to my grandchildren. :)

I suspect if it's based on our location when registering our Zillow id, I have no problem when querying surrounding areas but always got the 501 errors when searching for an address that is on the other side of the country, also it could be related to the Zillow branding compliance guideline, trying to reach out to Zillow and see if I could get an answer.
