@Heather Schmidtknecht Will this be a primary residence or investment? Check with your mortgage broker about how much in closing cost you can ask for since they vary based on the intent of the purchase.

@Jordan Lucas get your license as soon as you can and hustle. Join a brokerage that might have a team of seasoned realtors that you can learn and gain experience from. Make a name for yourself this way until you have enough experience under your belt to be a solo agent. Good luck!

@Tomiko Graves consider having the old tiles reflexes white - much cheaper than gutting it if they are in good shape. It looks great afterwards.

@NA NA you’ll have trouble finding a bank that will do a heloc on a home held in an Llc. Quit claim it to your name then put it back into the Llc name after you get the heloc.

@Linda D. Yes get your license. You will earn commission on houses that you buy off the mls. You will have to pay for commission when selling too. Either you’ll be paying yourself on the sale or you can opt to not earn a commission which will make it cheaper on the sell side too.
