@Account Closed  That is a good idea.  Unfortunately I haven't made a good solid relationship with a contractor yet.  I was looking at the profiles of inspectors at Amerispec and they have a couple of former contractors.  Hopefully they still have a feel for estimating work or even willing to do side work for a good price.  

Does anybody have any recommendations for good home inspector in New Castle County, Delaware?  I just had my offer accepted and it seems like the inspector I used 7 years back when I bought my home has retired.

I would ask around and see if anybody else is doing it.  I doubt that this is the first time somebody thought of this idea.  It seems like it could be a lot of hassle on your end if there is a hiccup in the reconnection process.

Hopefully the recording works out.  I really wish I could attend this webinar.

I just recently joined myself after being a bit of a BP Lurker.  What markets in DE are you looking at?  I've been focusing on the Newark/Wilmington area right now.  I'd like to branch out into other markets eventually, but I'd like to make my first deal as close to home as possible.
