George Aplicano Wayne Brooks Thanks for your responses. Yes, I was referring to auction fee that's charged by online sites for REO property.

Hello everyone! Does anybody know if buyer's premium can be financed in my conventional loan? If lender doesn't approve it, is there anything that can be done in contract verbiage to get that premium financed? Thanks a lot for your information.

Thanks. That's why I wanted to know if it is possible and legitimate to do since I haven't done this before.

@Shari Peterson

In the scenario that you mentioned, only one funding is used to fund both closings? I was in the impression that buyer B would need to provide funding  close with A and then end buyer C would bring his own money to close the deal with B.

Is it possible that end buyer C brings money and that money is used to close both A-B and then B-C?

@Manuel Perez

Yes, but in this case there is no transactional funding. I have usually seen the buyer B bringing money and close the deal with seller A. Then buyer B would act as a seller for C and sells the property to C where C brings his own money.

But I was kind of confused about closing between B and C first before closing between A and B.

@Jassem A.

The contract between A to B is NOT assignable. So B has to close the transaction. The contract between B to C can be made assignable.

Hi,

While doing wholesaling on an REO property and doing double closing from A to B and then from B to C, is it "legal" and possible to do B to C closing first and then use that money to close A to B transaction?
